Happy Friggen New Years

Things I am most grateful for in 2005:

1. Celebrating 4 years of sobriety, inspite of myself.
2. Finishing Grandma's Marathon...3:50:00.
3. Being there as a sobsor, friend, son, and grandson.
4. Sitting with my grandmother as she made peace with God.
5. Having the strength to ask for help.

Things I am going to be grateful in 2006.

1. Staying sober another year...one day at a time.
2. Graduating from Law School...YAY!!!
3. Passing the bar exam...god willing.
4. Getting my first job as a lawyer
5. Walking through it all with integrity

Keep coming back, it works if you work.

I enjoy your blog. I am coming on three years clean. Although I am in a sister program. It is always an encouragement to see the strength that you approach your life with.
