The End of the Year

Well I have been trucking through break. I have been on vacation now for over a week and half. Actually, been so busy with family, doesn't feel like much of a break. I have had ample of time to waste on the internet. Lord.

I really have to be diligent in staying on top of my spritual program, because if I don't I will act out in all sorts of strange ways. Like for instance, staying up to late. If I get out of whack with my program I start getting less and less sleep. That is a strange new recent twist in my recovery.


I have been struggling to get proper sleep while on vacation. I have been staying up wasting too much time. That really does eventually catch up with me. Thank goodness for meetings and fellowship to keep me in check though.
